Stand Up Comic v Venue Organiser

As I think about all the things I do in relation to comedy, I can’t help thinking especially on the Underground Comedy Club nights that I might be spreading myself a little too thin!

It’s a lot of work in itself organising everything and making it work. Also it is difficult to keep everything smooth on the night when I should be focusing a lot more on perform when I’m on stage.

Am I doing too much? am I doing a lot of jobs ok, instead of one job really well?

After last nights gig in Kentish Town, I couldn’t help thinking, maybe, I should split these two jobs up. Maybe I should bring in an MC for all the Underground Comedy Club nights and save performing for other nights. That way I will not feel pulled in different directions on the night.
